Job Summary: BBETTER Monksays Superfoods is dedicated to producing high-quality nutritional and wellness natural products. As we launch our current manufacturing factory, we are looking for a committed E-commerce Operations Executive. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations and inventory management, and capable of managing dispatches and operations across multiple e-commerce and D2C platforms.
Role & responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including in-warding, storage, and dispatch.
- Coordinate and ensure timely dispatches across platforms
- Maintain and update inventory records to avoid stock discrepancies.
- Handle order processing and label generation for all online platforms.
- Utilise Excel to create reports, manage inventory data, and support operational performance analysis
- Work closely with internal teams to maintain proper stock levels and product availability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse logistics and operations (preferably in e-commerce) .
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, must be comfortable with formulas, filters, VLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables.
- Hands-on experience in managing the inventory and e-commerce dispatches.
- Familiar with e-commerce seller panels (Amazon, Flipkart...etc.)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
