1. Data entry of electrical products Vendor registration, quotation, preparation, and purchase order entry.
1. Follow-up on outstanding payments and reconciliation.
2. Preparing MIS and sales collection reports.
3. Coordinating dispatch with warehouse and managing returns/replacements Supporting field sales team with backend documentation. 6.Filing, data management, and official correspondence.
4. Performing ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
