Job Title : Store Supervisor

Job Location : Maraimalai Nagar, Chengalpattu District

Education Qualification

- B.E - ECE / EEE :

- 2-5 years experience in store operations / inventory management preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and monitor inventory stock levels to ensure uninterrupted material availability for production.
- Coordinate closely with Production and Purchase departments for material planning, issuing, and replenishment.
- Implement and manage part location allocation, binning system, and FIFO/FEFO practices within the store.
- Ensure accurate GRN, material inward & outward, and stock reconciliation activities.
- Maintain zero stock variance through cycle counting and periodic physical stock audits.
- Supervise store assistants and allocate daily tasks to ensure smooth store operations.
- Track slow-moving, non-moving, and critical inventory and report to management.




- Maintain proper documentation and ERP/system entries related to inventory transactions.
- Ensure compliance with 5S, safety standards, and warehouse best practices .

Required Technical Skills

- Inventory control & stock management
- Material planning and coordination with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of ERP / SAP / Inventory software (preferred)
- Understanding of electrical/electronic components handling
- Documentation & reporting skills
