Key Job Responsibilities
Stores :
- Maintain accurate inventory records and verify physical stock with system records.
- Receive incoming materials and arrange them in designated racks .
- Ensure the warehouse is properly labeled, organized, and clean .
- Perform stock checking and periodic inventory audits .
- Update stock inward and outward entries in Excel / ERP .
Dispatch :
- Pick materials according to invoices or dispatch orders.
- Conduct final quality and quantity checks before shipment.
- Pack and label goods securely for safe transportation.
- Handle transport and courier booking for dispatch materials.
- Coordinate with courier and transport partners for timely pickups.
- Maintain dispatch records, delivery challans, and tracking details .
- Education :10th Pass /+2/ ITI / Diploma / Any Degree**(All are welcome to apply).
- Language :Must be fluent in Tamil .
- Skills :Strong attention to detail, basic counting/math, and a proactive attitude.
