We are looking for a Packing Executive for our Softgel Formulation Plant who will be responsible for managing and supervising packing operations as per GMP guidelines .
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise primary and secondary packing operations of softgel capsules.
- Ensure packing activities are carried out as per GMP, SOP, and safety guidelines .
- Maintain packing records, batch documents, and line clearance documentation .
- Coordinate with Production, QA, and Warehouse departments .
- Ensure proper machine operation and manpower handling in packing section.
- Monitor packing material usage and reconciliation .
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety compliance in the packing area.
- Handle deviation, breakdown, and troubleshooting during packing operations.
Required Skills :
- Knowledge of Pharmaceutical Packing Operations :
- Understanding of GMP Documentation :
- Ability to handle packing machines and manpower :
- Good communication and reporting skills
