- Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Create and maintain product listings using bulk upload tools.
- Ensure accurate product data, pricing, inventory, and catalog health.
- Resolve listing errors, suppression issues, and platform-related challenges.

Online Merchandising

- Optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and content to improve visibility and conversions.
- Plan promotions, deals, bundles, and seasonal campaigns.
- Monitor competitor pricing and market trends.

AI Content Creation

- Create product images, lifestyle images, banners, and marketing creatives using AI tools.
- Improve product content and visual presentation to increase sales.

Sales & Growth

- Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales and profitability.
- Manage marketplace advertising campaigns and promotional activities.
- Track product performance and recommend actions for growth.

Inventory & Operations

- Coordinate inventory planning to avoid stock-outs and overstocking.




- Work closely with warehouse and operations teams for smooth order fulfillment.

Analytics & Reporting

- Monitor sales, traffic, conversion rates, advertising performance, and customer feedback.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Identify opportunities for new product launches and category expansion.

Requirements :

- 2+ years of experience managing e-commerce marketplaces.
- Robust knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Blinkit, Zepto, and Instamart.
- Experience with bulk product uploads and catalog management.
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
- Experience using AI tools for image and content creation.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently drive sales growth.
