Key Responsibilities :

- Plan and supervise daily dispatch activities based on production and customer orders.
- Verify invoices, delivery challans, and packing lists before dispatch.
- Ensure correct quantity and product specifications are dispatched.
- Coordinate with warehouse/store team for stock availability.
- Supervise packing, loading, and unloading of materials.
- Coordinate with transporters and ensure timely vehicle arrangement.
- Maintain dispatch records, registers, and documentation.
- Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and safety during loading.
- Track dispatched materials and confirm delivery status.
- Submit daily dispatch reports to management.

Requirements :

- 2-5 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse operations.
- Experience in manufacturing industry preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / documentation).
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage dispatch staff and loading workers.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
