- Manage and maintain the Shopify website
- Upload and update product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images
- Generate and manage product barcodes and handle barcode scanning processes
- Maintain inventory and stock records
- Process and track customer orders from placement to dispatch
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for smooth order fulfillment
- Set up discounts, offers, and promotional campaigns on the website
- Monitor website performance and ensure products are updated regularly
- Prepare sales and performance reports
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Basic to good knowledge of Shopify store management
- Experience in product listing and catalog management
- Understanding of barcode and inventory systems
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Valuable organizational and communication skills
- Prior experience in e-commerce operations will be preferred
Experience :
- 6 months to 2 years preferred (Freshers with relevant knowledge can also apply)
