Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, WooCommerce, or company website.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing, keywords)
- Process orders, track shipments, and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely stock replenishment
- Handle returns, refunds, replacements, and RTO cases as per platform policies
- Respond to customer queries, messages, and reviews within defined SLAs
- Track sales performance, prepare MIS reports, and share insights with management
- Support promotional campaigns, discounts, and festive sales
- Ensure compliance with platform policies, GST invoicing,



and internal SOPs

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Marketing preferred)
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce platform handling
- Robust working knowledge of seller dashboards
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
