Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Store Supervisor to manage and oversee day-to

control, material handling, stock accuracy, and ensuring smooth coordination with production,

purchase, and dispatch teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily store operations including receipt, storage, and issuance of materials
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock levels at all times
- Handle inward and outward material entries in ERP/software systems
- Coordinate with purchase and production teams for material planning and availability
- Ensure proper storage and handling of raw materials, chemicals, and finished goods
- Monitor stock movement and conduct regular physical stock verification
- Maintain documentation such as GRN (Goods Receipt Note), material issue slips, and stock

registers

- Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper housekeeping in the store area




- Manage and guide store assistants and workers for efficient operations
- Identify slow-moving or obsolete stock and report to management

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred in Supply Chain / Logistics)
- 2-4 years of experience in store or warehouse operations, preferably in a manufacturing

setup

- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Tally, or similar)
- Good knowledge of inventory management and stock control practices
- Basic understanding of safety and compliance in factory stores
- Robust coordination and team management skills

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
