Job Summary : The Furniture Showroom Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily showroom operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing sales staff, and maintaining attractive product displays. This role focuses on driving sales performance while delivering a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of showroom sales staff
- Ensure excellent customer service and assist customers with product selection when needed
- Train, mentor, and motivate sales team members
- Maintain showroom cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
- Manage inventory levels, stock displays, and coordinate with the warehouse team
- Ensure proper product labeling, pricing, and promotional displays
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards
Education / Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred)
- 2-5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in furniture or home décor
- Prior experience in a supervisory or team leader role is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of billing systems (POS) and inventory management
- Strong communication skills
