Job Summary The Outlet Manager is responsible for the overall operations, sales performance, and customer experience of the retail outlet. This role ensures smooth day-to-day functioning, achievement of sales targets, effective team management, inventory control, and adherence to company standards in a fast-paced FMCG setting. Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Revenue Management - Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets - Drive upselling and cross-selling of FMCG products - Monitor sales trends and implement strategies to increase revenue - Ensure high conversion rates and average bill value 2. Outlet Operations - Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning - Maintain store hygiene, visual merchandising, and display standards - Ensure proper opening and closing procedures - Monitor billing, cash handling, and POS operations 3. Team Management - Supervise, train, and motivate store staff - Prepare duty rosters and manage shift scheduling - Monitor staff performance and productivity - Handle staff issues, discipline, and coordination 4. Customer Service Excellence - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly - Build strong customer relationships and repeat business 5. Inventory & Stock Management - Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment - Reduce wastage,



shrinkage, and stock variance - Conduct regular stock audits and coordinate with warehouse - Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices where applicable 6. Compliance & SOP Implementation - Ensure adherence to company policies and SOPs - Maintain proper documentation and reporting - Follow safety, hygiene, and legal compliance standards 7. Reporting & MIS - Prepare daily sales reports, stock reports, and staff attendance - Analyze outlet performance and suggest improvements - Report key issues and updates to management 8. Marketing & Promotions - Execute in-store promotions and marketing activities - Coordinate with marketing team for campaigns - Ensure proper display of promotional materials Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field - 3-6 years of experience in retail/FMCG outlet management - Proven track record in achieving sales targets Preferred Qualifications - Experience in supermarket, bakery, or FMCG chain outlets Key Skills - Sales & Target Achievement - Team Leadership - Customer Handling - Inventory Management - Communication & Negotiation - Problem Solving - Operational Excellence Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
