Job Summary

We are looking for a Warehouse Executive to support day-to-day warehouse operations including material handling, inventory management, dispatch coordination, and documentation. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals eager to gain hands-on experience in warehouse and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials as per standard procedures
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movements
- Assist in picking, packing, and dispatch of goods
- Coordinate with logistics and internal teams for timely deliveries
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of materials




- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards
- Prepare basic warehouse reports and documentation
- Support periodic stock audits and physical verification

Requirements & Qualifications

- Graduate / Diploma in any discipline (Logistics or Supply Chain preferred)
- 0-2 years of experience in warehouse or stores operations
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes
- Ability to handle physical work and follow operational instructions
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, ERP systems - preferred)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to learn and grow within warehouse operations
