About Us : Chayam Tea is a leading tea company based in Kolkata, India. We specialize in a wide range of premium teas, including flavored, black, green, and herbal teas. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our warehouse operations.
Responsibilities :
- Order Processing and Dispatch :Process all incoming orders accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure smooth and timely dispatch of products.
- Inventory Management :Implement and maintain effective inventory control procedures.
- Labour Management :Supervise and lead warehouse staff, providing guidance and support.
- Pick and Pack Management :Oversee the pick-and-pack process to ensure accuracy and speed.
- Production Management :Collaborate with production teams to ensure a seamless flow of goods.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software and systems.
- Knowledge in Google Sheets and Excel.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
Experience :
- Warehouse Management: 4 year (required)
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
