Job Description: Warehouse Executive Location: Kulana Jhajjar

Position Overview : Key Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end offline inventory operations , including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and track stock using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) .
- Plan and coordinate timely delivery of products to stores based on demand and operational requirements.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile differences with system data.
- Ensure proper documentation for all inward and outward goods, including invoices, delivery challans, and gate passes.
- Coordinate with store teams, transporters, and internal departments to maintain seamless supply chain operations.
- Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and adherence to safety standards .
- Report daily inventory status,



delivery updates, and operational issues to supervisors or management.

Qualifications & Skills :

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Robust knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) .
- Expertise in FIFO and LIFO inventory management methods .
- Excellent organizational, documentation, and stock reconciliation skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills to liaise with store teams and transporters.
- Commitment to maintaining warehouse efficiency, safety, and quality standards.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
