Role Overview

We are hiring a true Full Stack Developer who can independently handle frontend UI, backend APIs, databases, deployment, and production systems .

This role requires equal ownership of frontend, backend, and DevOps responsibilities.

Mandatory Technical SkillsBackend

- Python (advanced, hands-on)
- FastAPI (async, production-grade APIs)
- REST APIs, authentication (JWT, OAuth2, RBAC)
- API security, CORS, rate limiting
- ASGI, asyncio, Uvicorn, Gunicorn
- PyTest (unit & integration testing)
- Performance tuning & debugging

Databases

- PostgreSQL / MySQL
- MongoDB
- SQLAlchemy or Tortoise ORM
- Alembic migrations
- Redis caching
- Background tasks: Celery / RQ

Frontend

- React.js (strong hands-on)
- JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS
- Hooks, Context API, state management
- API integration with FastAPI

- Authentication flow integration

DevOps & Infrastructure

- Docker & docker-compose
- Kubernetes (deployments, services, scaling)
- CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions / GitLab / Jenkins)
- Basic Helm knowledge

- Linux server handling & shell scripting
- Monitoring & logging (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
