Role Overview

We are looking for a driven, well-spoken, and presentable Junior Sales Representative who is eager to build a career in global real estate sales . This role is ideal for someone with prior sales experience, a strong learning mindset, and a genuine hunger to grow, perform, and succeed in a competitive, high-reward environment.

You will work closely with senior leadership and sales managers, gain hands-on exposure to international real estate markets (especially Dubai), and be trained to handle end-to-end client interactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with prospective clients interested in international real estate investments
- Assist in lead qualification, follow-ups, and client relationship management
- Support senior sales professionals during meetings, site visits, open houses, and events
- Learn and present global real estate products, pricing, investment structures, and market insights
- Coordinate with internal teams, developers, and channel partners
- Maintain CRM records and ensure timely follow-ups
- Participate in sales calls, presentations,



and client discussions
- Continuously upskill on global real estate trends, especially Dubai property markets
- 0-2 years of prior experience in sales, real estate, banking, insurance, or luxury sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Well-spoken, confident, and professionally presentable
- Quick learner with a strong desire to grow in global real estate
- Sales-driven mindset with clear hunger to close deals and earn incentives
- Comfortable interacting with HNI and investor clients
- Positive attitude, high energy, and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work weekends during events/open houses when required
