Focus on selling dedicated developers / IT resources. Work with startups, agencies, product companies Contract / full-time / remote resource model Key Responsibilities:  Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through research, cold calls, and networking.  Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure recurring business and sustained partnerships.  Understand client requirements, present tailored solutions, and negotiate contracts to close deals effectively.  Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project delivery.  Prepare detailed sales proposals, reports, and performance updates for management.  Achieve defined sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall growth objectives.



 Maintain an accurate and up-to-date record of leads, prospects, and client communications using CRM tools.  Represent the company at events, exhibitions, or networking forums to promote business visibility and brand awareness.
