We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer / Product Builder to build/manage a multi-branch clinic operations and D2C platform for a skincare/clinic brand. The developer must have prior experience building CRM, lead funnel, appointment booking, reminders, multi-branch operations, role-based dashboards, customer app/web panel, D2C product commerce, support system, admin panel, and backend/frontend systems.

The platform should manage the full journey from lead capture to follow-up, appointment booking, consultation, service delivery, product sale, repeat reminders, customer support, and management reporting. It should include dashboards for every role, including front desk, counselor, doctor, therapist, branch manager, inventory/D2C team, support, marketing, finance, admin, and MD/founder. Each dashboard should be role-based, with branch-wise access, team-wise permissions, task tracking, customer records, appointments, sales, support tickets, reports, and performance visibility.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
