The Vision

We are looking for high-caliber Zoho experts to join a digital transformation journey for one of India’s largest global steel manufacturing giants. You will be the technical architect behind a sophisticated 3-Tier Marketing & Sales Ecosystem , bridging the gap between Central Marketing, Distributors, and the Dealer/Influencer network.

Your mission: To build a seamless, omni-channel lead engine that converts social media engagement into industrial-scale orders for Long Steel Products.

Key Responsibilities

1. Omni-Channel Architecture

- Design and implement lead capture integrations across Web, WhatsApp, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and X (Twitter) .
- Configure Zoho SalesIQ and Zoho Social to ensure no signal is lost in the noise.

- Advanced Workflow & Routing

- Build complex, location-based routing logic to dispatch leads to the correct Call Center Agents or Local Sales Officers based on geography and product specialization.
- Automate task creation and follow-up sequences to ensure high lead-to-deal conversion rates.

- 3-Tier Stakeholder Management

- Customize Zoho CRM to reflect a hierarchical structure:

- Tier 1 : Central Marketing (Data Oversight & Strategy)
- Tier 2 : Large Distributors (Inventory & Regional Management)
- Tier 3 : Dealers & Influencers (Ground-level Execution)

1. Technical Leadership
- Develop custom functions and extensions using Deluge Script .
- Architect integrations between Zoho and external ERP/Legacy systems via Zoho Flow and APIs.




- Ensure data integrity and security across a massive database of B2B and B2C contacts.

Required Experience & Skills

- Experience : 5+ years for Senior Developers; 8+ years for Architects, specifically within the Zoho ecosystem.
- Zoho Mastery : Deep expertise in Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books/Inventory, and Zoho Analytics.
- Coding : Advanced proficiency in Deluge , REST APIs, and Webhooks.
- Domain Knowledge : Previous experience in Manufacturing, Real Estate, or Large-scale Distribution is highly preferred.
- Problem Solving : Ability to translate complex business logic (like steel pricing tiers or influencer loyalty programs) into clean, automated workflows.
