Job Title : WordPress Developer (Figma & UI/UX Expertise)
Job Overview : Key Responsibilities :
- Convert Figma designs into responsive WordPress websites
- Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress themes and plugins
- Ensure pixel-perfect implementation of UI/UX designs
- Optimize websites for maximum speed and performance
- Implement and manage CDN solutions for faster content delivery
- Collaborate with designers and stakeholders on UI/UX flows
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness
- Troubleshoot and fix website issues and bugs
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Strong experience with WordPress development (themes & plugins)
- Proficiency in Figma (design understanding + handoff to development)
- Knowledge of Prototyping & Auto layout in Figma.
- Positive understanding of UI/UX principles and user flow
- Basic knowledge of Page speed.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design
- Knowledge of website performance optimization and page speed tools
- Hands-on experience with CDN setup (e.g., Cloudflare, AWS CloudFront)
- Familiarity with Core Web Vitals and performance metrics
- Basic SEO and website optimization knowledge
