Job Description: Major Tasks & Key Responsibilities :
- Doing theme customization, App & UI designing.
- Do PSD template designing & logo designing.
- Responsible for doing PSD to HTML conversion.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, technologies & techniques.
- Create SVG (Scalable vector graphics) designs.
- Prioritizing software development projects, setting timelines & assigning task to team members.
- Relate quality philosophy &principles; to routine operations.
- Run functionality testing and debug codes.
- Oversee junior web designer and evaluate their performance.
- Suggest improvement in software process management.
- Handling client queries.
- Use internal system for effective data capture.
- To do R&D; for solutions to developer’s query using multiple resources like, stack over flow, bootsnipp, optimization of Google page, GT matrix optimization & W3C optimization.
- Use total quality controls.
- Any other work as and when assigned by the senior Management
