Role Objective

To drive sales and revenue growth month-on-month by identifying potential customers, meeting them in person, promoting Maverick products, and closing orders consistently .

This is a target-driven, field-intensive role for professionals who can sell, perform and deliver results .

Key Responsibilities- Sales & Revenue Generation

- Achieve monthly sales targets (minimum 20X of salary) :

- Generate consistent pipeline and convert leads into orders

- Drive revenue across:

- Artificial Grass

- Sports Tiles

- Cricket Pitches

Business Development

- Identify and meet potential customers:

- Schools & colleges

- Builders & developers

- Sports academies

- Dealers & distributors

- Residential projects

Client Meetings & Conversions

- Conduct field visits daily :

- Present Maverick products confidently

- Handle objections and negotiate pricing

- Close deals and secure orders

Market Expansion

- Develop city-wise and district-wise network :

- Appoint dealers and channel partners

- Build long-term business relationships





Reporting & Follow-ups

- Maintain daily visit reports
- Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions
- Coordinate with internal teams for execution

Eligibility

- Graduate (any discipline)
- 1-5 years of field sales experience
- Strong communication & convincing skills

- Willing to travel extensively across the state :

- Ability to work independently and deliver results

- Strong negotiation and closing ability

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
