This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Architect. The Junior Architect will be responsible for architectural design & planning, project management and client communication. Experience in designing independent Villas and small commercial buildings will be desirable. The Junior Architect will be involved in the day-to-day tasks associated with the design and construction process such as drafting, modeling, site supervision, and construction coordination.
Qualifications
- Architectural Design & Planning skills
- Project Management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Vray etc. or other architectural software is preferred
- 1 to 3 years of experience working with a reputed developer or in the Real Estate industry.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) Strong background in designing and delivering real estate projects
Job Types : Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
