About the Role - Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate at Claravest, you will be the first point of contact for clients interested in exploring fractional real estate ownership. You will work directly with the Claravest founders and have full exposure to scaling startups.

Location: Panvel, Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct daily calls to prospective clients to explain the Claravest fractional real estate ownership model.
- Flexibility to travel within Mumbai to meet clients in person for high-value investment discussions.
- Deliver professional pitches/investment calls and answer client queries with fluency in English, Marathi, and Hindi .
- Maintain a deep understanding of the Indian real estate market to provide context for our property selections.
- Explain real estate investment concepts, including rental yields ,



property appreciation , and projected ROI, to diverse investor profiles.
- Utilise Microsoft Excel to track property performance, calculate investor distributions, and manage rental data with high accuracy.
- Create compelling property investment presentations for new launches.
- Create and manage Canva templates for property flyers, social media updates, and quarterly investor reports.
- Should be passionate about real estate and about the problem that Claravest is solving in India
