Accounting & Bookkeeping

- Maintain daily financial transactions and records :

- Record entries in accounting software (sales, purchase, expenses)

- Assist in maintaining general ledger and journals

Billing & Invoicing

- Prepare and issue invoices and bills :

- Track payments and follow up on outstanding dues

- Verify and process purchase and sales invoices

Accounts Payable & Receivable

- Manage accounts payable and receivable :

- Process vendor payments and maintain supplier records

- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies

Bank & Account Reconciliation

- Perform bank reconciliations regularly
- Check and match financial data with bank statements
- Identify and correct errors in records

Tax & Compliance Support

- Assist in GST, TDS, and other tax calculations :

- Help in preparing and filing tax returns





- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies

Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain proper filing of financial documents
- Prepare basic financial reports and statements
- Assist senior accountants in audits and financial analysis

Coordination

- Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors
- Support finance team in day-to-day accounting tasks

Additional Responsibilities

- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all financial data
- Handle confidential financial information responsibly
- Meet deadlines and support month-end and year-end closing

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
