Job Title: Senior Accountant

Organization :Bosco Group of Schools - Head Office Location**: Dombivli, Maharashtra

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain complete books of accounts using Tally Prime/ERP .
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Process vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and banking transactions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Finalise books of accounts and coordinate with statutory auditors during annual audits.
- Prepare schedules, ledgers, and supporting documents required for account finalisation.
- Manage monthly payroll, salary processing, PF, ESIC, Qualified Tax, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Prepare and file GST returns , TDS returns, and ensure timely statutory compliance.
- Maintain proper accounting records, vouchers, invoices, and supporting documentation.
- Prepare MIS reports, budgets, cash flow statements, and financial analyses.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and ensure proper financial documentation.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation laws, and Trust regulations.

Qualifications

- B.Com (mandatory) :

- M.Com / CA Inter / MBA Finance (preferred) :

- Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience (Experience in schools, educational institutions,



or charitable trusts will be preferred.)

Required Skills :

- ✔ Expert in Tally Prime/ERP :

- ✔ Strong knowledge of Finalisation of Accounts :

- ✔ Hands-on experience in GST, TDS, Payroll, Banking & Statutory Compliance :

- ✔ Excellent documentation and record management skills

- ✔ Proficient in MS Excel and Microsoft Office

- ✔ Ability to prepare financial reports and coordinate with auditors

- ✔ Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

- ✔ High level of accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality
