Role Overview : NMG Technologies is looking to grow its Accounts team, for which a Accountant has a critical role. You will be responsible for:

- Maintain and manage day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally/ERP systems with accuracy and timeliness.

- Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR) for individuals, firms, and companies in compliance with applicable laws.

- Handle GST compliance , including:

- 1. Preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)2. Reconciliation of GST data and input tax credit3. Managing GST notices and queries, if any4. Compute

- direct and indirect taxes

, ensuring timely payment and adherence to statutory deadlines.

- Assist in tax planning and ensure compliance with the latest taxation laws and amendments.

- Manage TDS compliance , including deduction, return filing, and reconciliation.

- Prepare financial statements such as Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements .

- Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations regularly.

- Coordinate with Chartered Accountants, auditors, and internal teams for audits and financial reviews.

- Handle PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances ,



ensuring accurate and timely filings.

- Manage accounts payable and receivable , ensuring timely invoicing and collections.

- Monitor and process domestic and international transactions/remittances in compliance with RBI guidelines.

- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of financial data and reports.

- Maintain strict confidentiality of financial information and ensure data security.

- Stay updated with latest changes in taxation laws, GST rules, and compliance requirements . :

- Experience with handling subordinates.

- Hands-on experience with Tally accounting software.

- Advanced MS Excel skills.

- Experience with handling international remittances and transactions.

- Knowledge of GST reverse input and monthly GST filling.

- Positive communication skills.

- B Com Hons, Finance or relevant degree, CA (Inter) level.
