Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update ERP/Tally entries
- Preparation of cash flow and bank reconciliation
- Handle cash transactions, petty cash, and monthly reconciliations
- Prepare MIS reports and conduct ledger reviews
- Process vendor bills and invoices
- Manage student fee collection accounts (300-500 students database)
- Monitor outstanding fees and daily collections
- Coordinate with Internal Auditors during audits
- Maintain fixed assets records systematically
- Liaison with banks for student education loans
- Preparation of Professional Tax returns and statutory compliance support
- Handle branch expenses and daily accounting updates
- Coordinate with government departments for timely deposits
- Gather vendor quotations and submit to HO for approvals
- Maintain stock records and support branch administration
Preferred Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Tally ERP & MS Excel
- Positive communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage accounts independently
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
