- Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and management reports.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
- Handle bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Verify bills, invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate payroll-related accounting and salary records.
- Ensure proper maintenance of petty cash and cash transactions.
- Monitor expenses and support cost control measures.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, taxation, EPF/ESI, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external agencies when required.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Maintain proper filing and accounting documentation.
- Support management with financial analysis and business reports.
- Supervise and guide junior accounts staff and ensure smooth department functioning.
- Ensure compliance with company finance policies and internal controls.
- B.Com / MBA Finance / M.Com or relevant finance qualification preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of accounting and finance experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Solid analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to manage accounts independently and meet deadlines.
