Key Responsibilities

- Financial Reporting & Analysis : Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Cost Accounting & Inventory : Manage inventory valuation, cost of goods sold (COGS), and analyze production variances to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Accounting Operations : Oversee day-to-day operations, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and payroll.
- Budgeting & Forecasting : Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and monitor financial performance against forecasts.
- Compliance & Internal Controls : Ensure adherence to GAAP/IFRS, tax regulations, and internal audit requirements.
- Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and supervise the accounting staff to ensure accuracy and timely reporting.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance,



or related field (CPA or CMA preferred).
- Experience : Proven experience as an Accountant or Accounting Manager, ideally in a manufacturing workplace.
- Technical Skills : Proficiency in ERP systems (Tally) and advanced Excel skills.
- Competencies : Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of cost accounting principles.

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
