- Share order status and basic information with customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, logistics, accounts) for issue resolution.
- Assist in routing and follow-up of customer payments with the accounts team.
- Maintain easy records of customer queries and order details.
Eligibility & Skills :
- Experience: 0 to 1 year (Freshers can apply).
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory.
