- Technical Assistance : Measure, fit, and adjust spectacles (frames and lenses) for clients to ensure comfort and visual accuracy.
- Product Knowledge : Maintain in-depth knowledge of current optical trends, lens types (e.g., progressive, blue light), and brands.
- Operational Duties : Process orders, manage transactions, handle customer inquiries, and perform minor repairs.
