Assistant Store Manager - Bubbles Toys & Stationery
Role:Support daily store operations, assist customers, and help drive sales both in-store and through basic social media support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting toys, baby products, and stationery
- Help achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Maintain attractive product displays and refill shelves
- Support billing, cash handling, and stock checks
- Manage store cleanliness and organization
- Assist with Instagram reels, product demos, and store promotion
- Support execution of in-store offers and promotions
Goal:Improve customer experience, increase sales conversion, and help grow walk-ins to the store.
