Core Responsibilities 1. Teaching and Curriculum Development
- Deliver lectures in core physics modules including Classical Mechanics , Electromagnetism , Thermodynamics , and Quantum Physics .
- Develop creative teaching materials and digital resources to enhance student engagement.
- Provide academic mentoring and career guidance to students.
2. Research and Scholarship
- Establish an independent research program in a specialized field (e.g., Condensed Matter, Optics, Material Science, or Theoretical Physics).
- Publish original research findings in peer-reviewed, high-impact journals.
- Seek external funding and grants to support departmental research initiatives.
- Participate in national and international conferences to represent the institution.
3. Institutional Service
- Assist in departmental administration, including curriculum review and accreditation processes (e.g., NAAC, ABET).
- Organize workshops, seminars,
and guest lectures to foster a vibrant scientific culture.
- Contribute to university committees and outreach programs.
Required QualificationsCriteriaRequirementEducationPh.D. in Physics or a closely related field from a recognized university. Eligibility Qualification in national-level eligibility tests (e.g., CSIR-NET , GATE ) or equivalent international standards. Research A proven track record of publications in indexed journals (Scopus/Web of Science). Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Preferred Skills
- Experience with computational physics tools (e.g., Python, MATLAB, Mathematica).
- Previous experience in handling sophisticated laboratory instrumentation.
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment alongside Chemistry and Mathematics faculty.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
