- Receive and check raw materials, packing materials, and other supplies from vendors.
- Maintain proper inventory records and stock registers .
- Issue materials to production and packing departments as per approved requisition.
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and segregation of materials.
- Maintain GRN, material inward/outward records, and documentation .
- Assist in material reconciliation and stock verification .
- Follow GMP and safety procedures in store area.
- Coordinate with QA, Production, and Purchase departments .
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store area.
Required Skills :
- Basic knowledge of store and inventory management :
- Understanding of pharmaceutical material handling :
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel / ERP) :
- Good record keeping and documentation skills
