Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the sales team in day-to-day sales activities and follow-ups
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and basic documentation
- Maintain customer records and update sales data regularly
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
- Support in achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction
- Maintain product knowledge and assist customers with product details

Requirements & Qualifications

- Graduate / Undergraduate (Any stream)
- 0-2 years of experience in sales or customer support preferred
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
