Experience : 2+ Years (Mandatory experience in Consulting/Recruitment Firms) Qualification : MBA (preferred) Joining : Immediate / Early Joiners Preferred
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional who can manage end-to-end recruitment coordination along with market intelligence and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and support end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
- Conduct market research and talent mapping as per business requirements
- Coordinate with college TPOs and management for campus hiring initiatives
- Plan, organize, and execute campus drives effectively
- Identify, negotiate, and onboard job placement agencies as required
- Monitor and evaluate performance of recruitment consultants/agencies
- Handle job postings across LinkedIn and other social media platforms
- Manage social media hiring campaigns aligned with open positions
- Schedule, coordinate, and manage interview processes with internal teams
- MBA in HR or relevant field preferred
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in recruitment consulting firms
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and hiring requirements
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
- Robust interest in long-term career growth within the organization
