Patient Coordinator & Front Desk Executive - Dental Clinic (Incentives + Growth)

Dental Works is a up-to-date aesthetic and preventive dental clinic focused on pain-free treatments, smile designing, and advanced 3D technology.

We are looking for someone who is not just a receptionist—but the face, voice, and conversion expert of our clinic.

ROLE OVERVIEW

This role combines front desk management + patient coordination + treatment conversion.

If you are confident, presentable, and enjoy interacting with people—this role has high growth potential.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handle patient calls, WhatsApp inquiries & walk-ins
- Schedule and manage appointments efficiently
- Explain treatments, pricing & EMI options confidently
- Convert consultations into booked treatments
- Follow up with pending patients (very important)
- Coordinate smoothly with doctors and assistants
- Maintain patient records using clinic software

REQUIREMENTS :

- Fluent in English & Hindi (Marathi is a plus)
- Confident, well-groomed, and presentable personality
- Strong communication & persuasion skills




- Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp, clinic software)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic

PREFERRED (HIGHLY VALUED)

- Experience in dental / skin / aesthetic clinic
- Experience in reception, counselling, or sales roles
- Understanding of treatments like smile design, aligners, whitening

TIMINGS

10 AM- 8 PM (Sunday off)
