We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Branch Manager to lead our centre operations and drive admissions, marketing, and revenue performance.

Location : Una Experience : Minimum 4-5 years in Education / Insurance Sales, Operations & Administration

CTC : 5.2 LPA - 7.2 LPA + Variable Pay up to ₹1 -2 Lac (performance-based)

Working Schedule :

- Full time | 6 Days Working
- Timings: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

✔ Lead and manage Counselling, Marketing,



and Administration teams for smooth Centre operations ✔ Achieve a minimum 70% conversion ratio ✔ Actively participate in counselling to drive student engagement and enrolments ✔ Monitor and ensure timely follow-ups on all enquiries ✔ Guide and mentor counsellors to improve counselling effectiveness ✔ Plan, execute, and review marketing campaigns & promotional activities ✔ Drive brand visibility through ATL & BTL activities (school seminars, events, pamphlets, hoardings, wall branding, etc.) ✔ Oversee overall Centre profitability, performance, and target achievement

Pay: ₹540,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year
