About the Role

Solidz.I0 is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with a minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Electronics, Security, Automation, Access Control, CCTV, or related industries.

This role involves a combination of field sales and office-based business development , including customer meetings, lead generation, channel partner development, product demonstrations, proposal preparation, and closing sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through field visits and networking.
- Meet customers, consultants, system integrators, and channel partners.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.




- Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with technical and support teams for project execution.
- Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline updates.

Requirements : Requirements :

- Minimum 4+ years of sales experience .
- Experience in Electronics, Security Systems, Access Control, CCTV, Automation, or related industries preferred.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits.

Compensation

- Basic Salary : ₹25,000 per month
- Performance Incentives : Up to ₹25,000 per month
- Total Earning Potential : Up to ₹50,000 per month
