Job Summary : About Us: Trade Geniuz is a fast-growing trading education and financial markets community focused on helping aspiring traders develop discipline, risk management, and trading skills through structured education and mentorship.

Role Overview: We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Content & Social Media Manager to build our personal brand presence, manage social media platforms, and drive audience engagement through high-quality content.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and manage daily content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and Telegram.
- Develop weekly and monthly content calendars.
- Generate engaging reel ideas, hooks, captions, and content strategies.
- Coordinate and manage content shoots.
- Repurpose long-form content into short-form videos.
- Monitor social media performance and provide weekly reports.
- Research competitors and industry trends.
- Work closely with the founder to build a strong personal brand.
- Increase reach, engagement, profile visits, and lead generation.

Requirements :

- Experience managing Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube content.
- Strong understanding of Reels, Shorts, and social media algorithms.
- Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
- Excellent Tamil communication skills (English knowledge is a plus).
- Creative mindset with strong storytelling abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Experience in finance, trading, education, or personal branding is an advantage.
- Content planning and analytics reporting.

Show & Video Production

- Plan and produce shows (interviews, educational series, podcasts, live shows)
- Manage full production workflow: Concept → Script → Shoot → Edit → Publish → Promotion
- Maintain brand consistency and quality

Instagram & YouTube Management

- Manage Instagram & YouTube content calendars
- Optimize Reels, Shorts & long-form videos
- Improve reach, engagement, subscribers & watch time
- Community management (comments & audience interaction)

Requirements :

- 1-4+ years experience in Digital Marketing & Content Production
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads & YouTube Ads
- Experience managing Instagram & YouTube channels
- Knowledge of scripting, thumbnails & video flow
- Basic understanding of video editing & analytics
- Ability to manage creators, editors & shoots
- Finance / trading / education niche experience is a plus
- Tamil & English communication preferred
