- Team Leadership & Coaching : Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales agents, conducting regular performance reviews and offering constructive feedback.
- Sales Strategy & Targets : Set annual and monthly sales goals, develop action plans to meet quotas, and analyze performance trends.
- Market Intelligence : Stay updated on property trends, competitor activities, and economic indicators to adjust pricing and strategy.
- Client Management & Closing : Build strong relationships with clients and assist in complex negotiations to close deals.
- Compliance & Reporting : Ensure all sales documents and contracts comply with legal requirements and prepare detailed sales reports for management.
