Job Role

The role includes monitoring and controlling Super Stockists, Distributors, RSM, ASM, TSO & field sales teams for achieving sales targets and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor complete sales operations of assigned states from Jaipur office.
- Handle and coordinate Super Stockists & Distributor Networ
- Monitor RSM / ASM / TSO & field teams regularly
- Ensure achievement of monthly & yearly sales targets
- Focus on secondary sales growth and market coverage
- Handle sales schemes, market offers & claim approvals
- Coordinate with accounts & management regarding claims and sales reports
- Track market performance and competitor activities
- Develop business expansion plans for assigned territories
- Conduct regular reviews with sales teams and distributors

10-15 Years experience in Cosmetics / FMCG Industry Strong experience in Channel Sales & Distribution Management Experience handling multi-state operations Valuable command over distributor handling & sales team coordination Strong leadership, reporting & analytical skills Comfortable with market touring whenever required
