The Manager - Submarine Repairs is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing all submarine maintenance, repair, and modernization activities. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with stringent naval, safety, and quality standards.

- Project Planning & Execution
- Plan, schedule, and supervise submarine repair, refit, and upgrade activities.
- Ensure adherence to timelines, cost estimates, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate across engineering, production, quality, and dockyard teams during repair cycles and dry dock periods.
- Review and approve technical drawings, repair procedures, and work packages.
- Ensure compliance with naval standards, classification society rules, and statutory regulations.
- Enforce strict safety, quality assurance, and environmental practices.
- Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex system issues (hull, propulsion, electrical, combat systems).




- Manage project budgets and monitor cost performance.
- Evaluate and approve scope changes, additional work, and resource allocation.
- Optimize manpower and material utilization.
- Act as the primary interface with clients Navy/defence.
- Present progress updates, technical reports, and completion documentation.
- Participate in review meetings covering schedule, cost, and performance metrics.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
