Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Manage and expand school, distributor, dealer, and institutional networks.
- Visit schools, principals, academic coordinators, distributors, and booksellers to generate business opportunities.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with educational institutions and channel partners.
- Promote and sell educational books and academic publications.
- Monitor competitor activities, curriculum changes, and market trends.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers and distributors.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and dispatch.
- Participate in book fairs, exhibitions, educational conferences, and promotional activities.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence reports.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
- MBA (Sales/Marketing) preferred.

Experience





- Minimum 5 years of experience in Educational Publishing Sales.
- Experience in school book sales, academic publishing, or curriculum-based educational products is mandatory.
- Existing network among schools, distributors, and booksellers in Delhi NCR will be preferred.
