We are looking for a Manager to oversee and coordinate between the design and execution team to ensure seamless project delivery. This is a managerial role focused on planning, monitoring, and ensuring that both office workflow and on-site execution stay aligned with project goals, timelines, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee end-to-end project progress across multiple sites
- Understanding customer requirements and giving design solutions accordingly.
- Act as a bridge between design and execution departments.
- Monitor site execution through the execution team.
- Ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of 2D and 3D drawings.
- Selection of materials as per project requirements.
- Plan, track, and enforce project schedules and timelines.
- Ensure smooth workflow and coordination within the design department.
- Review qualitative and quantitative aspects of ongoing projects
- Ensure timely delivery and adherence to commitments
- Maintain regular reporting on overall project status and performance
- Identify gaps, delays, or issues and proactively resolve them
Requirements :
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Designing
- Strong understanding of design and execution.
- Ability to manage and coordinate between multiple teams
- Well-organised, responsible, and proactive approach.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Robust work ethics and professionalism
- Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English :
- Must own a two-wheeler for site visits as required
