Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education : Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience : 1-3 years of experience in tele calling, ideally within the FMCG or Manufacturing sectors.
- Languages : Fluency in Malayalam
- Communication : Exceptional verbal communication with a clear, qualified, and friendly telephone etiquette.
- Soft Skills : Strong persuasion and negotiation skills, patience, and the ability to handle rejection professionally.
