Job Summary

Key ResponsibilitiesBranch Operations Management

- Oversee the complete day-to-day operations of the branch.
- Ensure smooth functioning of all departments and services.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and operational excellence.
- Implement and monitor company policies, procedures, and SOPs.

Sales & Business Development

- Drive branch sales and revenue growth.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
- Ensure achievement of branch revenue, conversion, and retention targets.
- Lead sales initiatives and motivate the team to maximize performance.

Team Leadership & Management

- Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate branch staff.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and team meetings.
- Build a high-performance culture focused on results and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure staff productivity and professional development.

Client Relationship Management

- Ensure exceptional client experience and service delivery.
- Handle escalated customer concerns and resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain strong client retention and satisfaction levels.
- Build long-term relationships with clients.

Financial & Business Control

- Monitor branch profitability, expenses, and operational costs.
- Ensure efficient utilization of resources.
- Prepare and analyze branch performance reports.
- Support management in achieving overall business objectives.

Compliance & Administration

- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor documentation, reporting,



inventory, and audit processes.
- Maintain operational discipline and branch standards.

Eligibility CriteriaEducation

- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
- MBA or relevant management qualification will be an added advantage.

Experience

- Minimum 4-8 years of experience in Wellness, Skin Care, Cosmetology, Dermatology, Aesthetic Clinics, Healthcare, or related industries.

- Prior experience as:

- Branch Manager

- Center Manager

- Clinic Manager

- Area Manager

- Branch Sales Head

- Operations Manager

- Sales Manager

- Proven track record of managing branch operations and achieving sales targets.

- Strong leadership, team management, and business development skills.

Training Details

- Training duration will be 10-15 days in Chandigarh .
- The training period will be unpaid .
- During the training period, accommodation and meals will be provided by the company .
