YouthBuild Foundation is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Manager - Fundraising to drive resource mobilization efforts and build strategic partnerships that support our social impact initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute fundraising strategies for NGO projects and programs
- Build and maintain relationships with corporates, donors, CSR teams, and stakeholders
- Identify current funding opportunities and partnerships
- Prepare fundraising proposals, presentations, and donor reports
- Lead cause marketing and donor engagement initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve fundraising goals
Qualifications :
- Postgraduate degree ( MBA / MSW preferred )
- Strong communication, networking, and relationship management skills
Experience Required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
